Our Pool Health Score (A/B/C/D) is a proprietary assessment tool designed to give pool owners a general understanding of their pool's condition. It is not a certified inspection or engineering assessment. Scores are based on observable conditions and water chemistry at the time of service.
PoolXP technicians perform routine maintenance and basic equipment checks. We are not licensed contractors for pool construction, structural repairs, electrical work, or major plumbing. For such needs, we recommend consulting a licensed pool contractor.
Service availability varies by location. Not all services are available in all areas. We currently serve select cities in Orange County, California, and are expanding our coverage area.
