We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone, address, and pool details when you create an account or book a service. We also collect service data including water chemistry readings, photos, and equipment observations during maintenance visits.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Pool addresses are partially anonymized in aggregate reports. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Before and after photos taken during service visits are stored securely and are only accessible to you (the pool owner), your assigned technician, and PoolXP administrators. Photos are retained for 12 months after your last service.
We use trusted third-party services for payment processing (Stripe), communication, and analytics. These services have their own privacy policies and handle your data according to their terms.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
