By subscribing to PoolXP services, you agree to these terms. PoolXP provides residential pool maintenance services in designated service areas within Orange County, California.
All prices displayed on our website are starting estimates. Final pricing is confirmed by your assigned technician during the first on-site visit, based on your pool's size, condition, equipment, and specific needs. You will be notified of the confirmed price before any recurring charges begin.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or quarterly basis as selected during checkout. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your customer dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
We aim to provide service on your scheduled day each week. Weather, holidays, or emergencies may occasionally require rescheduling. We will notify you of any changes. Access to your pool area must be provided; locked gates require a code or key arrangement.
PoolXP is not responsible for pre-existing pool conditions, equipment failures, or damage caused by factors outside our control. Our services do not constitute structural, electrical, or plumbing work. We are not licensed contractors for pool construction or major repairs.
Pool chemistry recommendations are based on industry standards. PoolXP does not provide medical advice. If you experience health issues related to pool water, consult a healthcare professional. Always supervise children around pools.
We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Service reports, photos, and water chemistry data are stored securely and accessible through your customer portal.
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
